I am super excited to help you with your health & wellness. As we get older, it becomes super important to focus on your health so you can feel your best as you age. After a successful 30 year career in banking, I made the decision to retire early at 54 because the stress was impacting my health dramatically. After retirement, I had to reinvent myself and I reignited my passion for horses. Soon after, we sold everything and we bought a horse farm. For a few years, my health improved, but as I got closer to 60 everything changed.... Weight gain, joint pain, brain fog and the list goes on. I needed to be my own advocate and my health and wellness journey began. After courses, training and lots of research, I am sharing everything I learned with you.
